This Privacy Policy explains how United Growth Services LLC, doing business as Publicative ("we", "us", "our"), handles information in connection with publicative.com (the "Site"). We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

This Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message.
If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name, email, and scheduling details you provide are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to operate and secure the Site.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the Site and our business: Calendly (call scheduling), Vercel (hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, deliver our services, and operate and secure the Site.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you have shared with us by emailing leon@publicative.com.

8. Children

The Site is intended for businesspeople and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
