These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of publicative.com (the "Site") and the services provided by United Growth Services LLC, doing business as Publicative ("United Growth Services LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). United Growth Services LLC provides done-for-you LinkedIn content and personal-brand services for founders, including content strategy, ghostwriting, lead-magnet creation, and outreach support. The specific scope, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and United Growth Services LLC. These Terms govern your use of the Site and do not, by themselves, create a service engagement.

3. No guarantee of results

Any results, metrics, case studies, or testimonials shown on the Site reflect the experience of specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, your market, and your participation. We do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by United Growth Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client names and logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission to identify our work. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services such as Calendly (for scheduling calls) and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
